Carers Forum - Listening to Carers

Forum meetings give carers from across the County the chance to meet together with elected Council members, officers from Social Services and representatives from the Health Trusts.

Other areas of interest

• Local Involvement Networks (LINks)
  Local Involvement Networks will give local people a say in how health and social care services are managed; how they should be provided in the future; and how they are monitored and reviewed.

• Partnership boards
  Partnership Boards involve service users, carers and staff from social care, health and other agencies in deciding what services should be provided for local people.
