The Strategic Services Unit

The Strategic Services Unit consists of 4 main service areas:

The Strategic Services Unit co-ordinates the management of the Corporate Property Portfolio on behalf of Lancashire County Council, providing strategic review and management services which meet both individual customer and corporate requirements, conforming to the principles of Best Value and maximising opportunities arising through new financing and other initiatives. The Unit also provides professional, financial and business advice and support to the Property Group generally, and a property records and property asset management information service on behalf of all County Council Directorates
