The Resources Directorate provides strategic and support services to all areas of the County Council. Those services provide the infrastructure that enables all of our Directorates, Direct Service Organisations, staff and elected County Councillors to deliver front-line services to the people of Lancashire.

The Finance, ICT and Property Groups are all part of the Resources Directorate.
