The Lancashire CICs cover numerous areas of business but the three primary areas are:
Lancashire CICs have access to all timetables for public transport services in the County. Our staff can advise on routes, fares and times, and can provide personalised route plans for customers.
The CICs can also give advice on Senior Citizens and Blind, Partially Sighted and Disabled Bus Passes as well as selling tickets for many of the bus services throughout the County.
All CICs stock a wide range of tourism literature and can advise on places to visit whatever the weather. In addition many Centres sell tickets for shows and events at greatly discounted rates and stock souvenirs and gifts to suit every taste and pocket.
The CICs are operated by Lancashire County Council and were originally conceived as a convenient and easy way for the public to gain access to information on the services that their County Council provides.
