Customer Survey - October 2004

As part of our ongoing commitment to Customer Care and responding to the needs of our customers, a survey was undertaken in October 2004 to ascertain the range and quality of the service we are providing. The nature of the survey provided management with information to help plan future developments, as well as questions regarding customer care and quality, and the results are shown below.

Compliments And Complaints

We encourage our customers to contact us and let us know not only where we are performing well, but also when we have not met our standards. We see this as an opportunity for the network to improve upon the service it provides and to put things right if they go wrong.  We view complaints as a valuable tool in ensuring we consistently meet the needs of our users and welcome any suggestions or changes which our users may make to enable us to constantly improve.
