The second Local Transport Plan has been submitted to the Government in accordance with guidance. The plan is a strategic document based around the four shared priorities of road safety, congestion, air quality and accessibility together with other quality of life issues and maintenance.

We would welcome further comments and discussions. A CD version is available on request. Views can be submitted via the transport forum or by contacting us.
