Site Specific Allocations and Development Management Policies

Consultation on the site allocations and development management policies document will run from 7th January to the 19th February.  The consultation document and supporting documents are available as pdfs below, or you can view and comment on the document on-line at our dedicated consultation portal

The 1st part of our Regulation 25 consultation – Issues and Options – has finished.  The documents associated with this consultation can be viewed below.  Consultation on the 2nd stage – Preferred Options – is scheduled to begin in January. 

Previously the Joint Lancashire Minerals and Waste Planning Authorities have requested that potential sites for Minerals and Waste be brought forward. These are included here. These are only suggestions and no decision has been made as regards to their merits.
