Joint Advisory Committee

The Joint Advisory Committee oversees the production of the Minerals & Waste Development Framework.  The Committee is made up of 12 Councillors from the three authorities of Lancashire County Council, Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council and Blackpool Council.  The Committee meets at key stages in the preparation of new planning policy and is responsible for making recommendations back to the three authorities.
