THE LANCASHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
(U19355 TUNSTALL STREET, MORECAMBE, LANCASTER CITY)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2008
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lancashire County Council have made an Order under Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit any motor vehicle, cycle or pedestrian, from proceeding over that length of U19355 Tunstall Street, Morecambe, from its junction with Anderton Street, for a distance of 30 metres in a north westerly direction, in the City of Lancaster.
Diversion route is not required as the road concerned is an alleyway.
Access to properties will not be affected.
The Police, Fire and Ambulance Services have been informed.
The temporary prohibition is necessary to allow sewerage repair to be carried out.
The prohibition will be operative from 08.00 hours on Monday 20th October 2008 until 18.00 hours on Friday 24th October 2008, or until completion of the works within this period.
