During the financial year 2007/2008 we invited Visitors who frequented our most popular recreation sites to complete a Best Value Quesitionaire. The aims and objectives of this survey was for us to understand who uses our facilities; to provide our customers with the opportunity to share their experience of the sites and the service they received; to provide our customers with a voice to let us know what we do well and the areas our customers felt needed improving and for us to incorporate this into a programme of improvement.
