Lancashire Museums have a fun-packed and exciting programme of family friendly events and activities for the remainder of 2008.
Museums are fun places for kids to explore, touch, learn, discover, enjoy and most of all have fun! They can bring out the child in all of us. For younger visitors in particular a trip to a museum can be a magical experience that will stay with them forever.
We have lots of events and activities for the family to enjoy all year round.
Get an intriguing insight into the natural world and become a nature detective at Lancaster City Museum.
Find out more about Roman life at Rossendale Museum and meet a Roman soldier.
Take a woodland walk at Gawthorpe Hall, or step back in time to meet the Housekeeper.
There’s everything from family fun days to craft workshops, and a teddy bear’s picnic!
